One of the core functionalities of the app is Junior Police Call (JPC) member registration. As a well-established youth organization under the Hong Kong Police Force, JPC has been providing various kinds of training activities to the teenagers in Hong Kong since 1974. As the training resources are paid by taxpayers money, JPC has a responsibility to ensure that the resources are fairly allocated to the members. To avoid abuse and redundancy of membership in different districts, it is necessary to collect the data mentioned for the sake of membership verification.
